Wikileaks and Zimbabwe diamonds

Richard wise,the author of famous book Secrets of the gem trade has recently pointed diamond industry members to a leaked wikileaks cable about zimbabwe diamonds.you can check his posting on his blog by clicking this link for first part and for second part click here.the discussion reached to an interesting point where we are discussing how zimbabwe diamonds can be distinguished from other diamonds.my opinion is that these diamonds have slight green tinge in them,i will try to capture this green tinge in my camera to publish some photographs.if anyone among you have an opinion to share or let us know,please do write it here.
i hope we will learn something from each other by sharing our thoughts and expereinces.

you can see different shades in diamonds.i hope u get an idea of what i m talking about?

zimbabwe diamonds usually have a dark green/blackish skin on them,which goes off during cutting and polishing,but still it leaves a distinct color tone in the diamond which is not seen in any other diamond.
